I CUT MY HAIR!!!

yes yes yes a shock to those of you who loved my long dark tresses. but do not fret...its still long just has a few layers and...dun dun dun!!! i went back to bangs. yes those short choppy pieces of hair that fall on one's forehead. but don't worry - whatever scary image is flashing through your mind - that is so not what it looks like! i actually like it! i went in to the salon with an open mind and said straight up that i wanted bangs and some layers - something different than what i was used to. i think i lost my bangs after my sophomore year of high school, so its been a few years since i've had them. and now that i have them back - i wonder what i ever did without them! pictures will be posted soon, as i am slowly finally cleaning the house...i am bound to come across the cord to my camera that will enable me to download pics! but for now, a pretty image in your imagination will have to do. tobey, ryan and i are still doing splendidly. tobey is finally starting to learn that you do not go potty inside the house. lucky us - we have tile, though it is still annoying to clean up. ryan's sister and brother in law are in town so we're getting to spend time with their little one and he is so precious! it makes me miss my nieces even more. we introduced him to the swimming pool a couple evenings ago and yesterday jen was able to carry him in the "big kids" pool with her. he seemed to enjoy it, so long as he felt safe and secure in her arms... * sigh * makes me wish i had a little one RYAN IF YOU ARE READING THIS THIS IS A HUGE HINT!!! i love you guys!!!

Back to the Beginning

Okay, so I am still bitter about the Smallville finale. And that probably contributes to why I feel the way that I do - runny nose, itchy throat and I'm losing my voice. Its depressing! Because as you well know I love to talk. Tobey is still doing fine - I know I should post more pictures of him and other stuff but haven't gotten around to that. And I misplaced the cord for my digital camera that I use to download the pics to the comp...but I'm sure once I clean I will be able to find it. The weather here is just now warming up after the past four days of being overcast and chilly. Right now, Ryan's watching Spiderman the cartoon tv version that aired on MTV. I don't know - it sounds kinda epic actually... I have dishes that need to be washed but of course I'm on the computer... The title for my post came from watching one of my favorite scenes of Smallville. Its in the Pilot episode and great interaction between Clark and Lana. Its so sweet and makes me want to cry wishing that's how it could be. But a lot happens in just six seasons to a relationship... * Sigh * The good old days right? Well, that's it for now. Hopefully, I'll be able to start posting more {and getting more publicity and comments...} pictures, videos, etc... My web page will be on an update hiatus since the season is now over. But I will still keep it up. Okay, that's a lot of talking...but since I can't talk verbally...why not on my blog...I mean...that is what a blog's for right?

SMALLVILLE SEASON FINALE!!!

Oh my goodness... that's what sums it up. Like all season finales, this one was epic and wow...my heart is racing and I am angry that the new season won't come until September :( Too long of a wait for me, especially since I eat, drink, breathe, sleep and live Smallville. Since most of you aren't familiar with this show, I won't go into detail. But I must say that it was sad to see my alter ego Lana Lang blow up. Well, I didn't actually see her blow up but she got into her jeep and it exploded when she shut the door. :( And like all finales, nothing is resolved: so as far as I know...three people are dead, one's about to die and Clark and Lois are finally going to be paired up together. :( Much to my sadness, I liked Lana much better... But yeah, I am lying in wait rather impatiently for the next season!

Hey! My second post and...one comment...I hope anyone reads this? Well, I have plans for this blog - I actually plan to keep up with it! Hopefully on a daily if not close to daily basis. After all, I only work part time as of right now so around watching tv, sleeping in, writing, sleeping, shopping, etc...I suppose I will have time to post and hopefully more pics will be posted. But for now, this post remains uninteresting to those who prefer to look at something pretty rather than words that are seemingly full of nonsense. An explanation for my current layout: my favorite color is black and my favorite tv show/obssession is Smallville. Its a good show. Well, to me it is anyways. My web site {look at my bottom links} is dedicated to Smallville and undergoing construction. This season's last episode is this Thursday and it looks epic of course...like most season endings... With plenty of death, destruction, mayhem, love triangles...you know but most of all Superman... * sigh * Tom Welling. :D:D:D Okay, the real reason I watch the show... But then again...my husband's not that bad looking either! ;) :) See the resemblance? They could be brothers!

MY FIRST POST!!!

So I've joined in with the millions {and my family} in getting a blog. I used to have two others which of course have gone by the wayside, but hopefully I will be able to keep up with this one! Let's see...I have been married now for a little over four fabulous months! And we are the proud parents of a Dachsund puppy {sp?} He's so sweet - we named him Tobey {after Tobey McGuire in Spiderman...yeah, he's one of my heros...} Let's see life is crazy but I am loving it - being a lazy desperate housewife ;) ;) Tata for now!
