First of all, I just wanna give a shout out to my sista Jen in Albuquerque, NM. If it wasn't for her update, I wouldn't be updating now. I know I know...I promised I would keep up with this regularly but its just soo hard without pictures... I mean because who likes to stare at a page with only words right??
Fourth of July was FUN. But "FUN" doesn't even begin to describe...it was a blast seeing Ryan's family and my sister, bro in law and nieces! A fun however short weekend to get to see people I don't see that often. I would also like to take this moment to tell all my nieces and nephews ~ STOP GROWING UP!!! Seriously. STOP IT! Stop learning how to crawl and walk and talk and rock out and declare that Smashing Pumpkins Rock... It's kinda scary for an Aunt who months ago was holding you in her arms and now she can't anymore because you are growing up! =(
No but really...I am immensely blessed because of everyone in my family, however distant. Abilene was a blast! The cookout and fireworks show did NOT disappoint in any way, shape or form. It was...Spectacular, Spectacular...great now I have that song from Moulin Rouge stuck in my head...
Upcoming plans in mine and Ryan's world of our lives??... Well, * cough, cough * my birthday's coming up in August... {$500,00 in untraceable, nonsequential bills preferred... =) ;)} No but really...my niece Eva has a birthday August 3...Ryan's going out of town... Then we're going to Dumas to watch one of my high school friend's get married. Geez...I'm old! Mom and Ryan share a birthday...isn't that freaky?! And then there's Thanksgiving with the Lynchs and Christmas with the Bartholomees!
This update has too many paragraphs and ramblings...but hey...I updated didn't I? =) I love you guys and hope your weeks going wonderfully!!!

I'll blog your archive...! =)
HA! Again...make way for mi picture{less} entry... I will be uploading new pics soon and just do a "picture" entry. Yeah okay... Basically, a recap of our wonderful weekend in Dumas. Home of the Demons. What now?? What now?? Okay, I'm done. We honestly had tons of fun just being able to see my parents. It was craziii windy up there though. My parents are so sweet and cute! They're planning this 2 week long vacay next monthish that includes and is not limited to camping in the great outdoors beneath a canopy of stars in various national parks such as Yellowstone. They're going hiking in the mountains...it sounds exhilarating! I remember back in high school, when we would go on our summer trekking trips...man I loved the workout!!! And the most amazing part was watching a star filled sky. Seriously, its breathtaking and makes you all the more knowledgeable of the God who created us...
We attended Dogie Days for {surprisingly} about three hours. Yeah. I know. What a life... No, but really Ryan got his funnel cake. =) And we got to walk around and see people. Literally. It amazes me how many people I knew/know are now mommies and daddies. I want to drink what water they're drinking. I also got and shared some shoe string fries with Ryan. Evil little things chalk full of grease and calories but the best things on the planet! {As far as fries go...} We also took a westerny looking old timey photo. Good times. It is now framed in our living room. I'll try and get a picture of it on here so you can see. Its kinda scary how Ryan and I can look with guns and an empty Crown Royal bottle...
On Father's Day, we attended both services at the church where dad preaches. It was good to see all the people and worship with our church family! We had steak for lunch. (Yum YUMMY!!!) Yeah I'm missing that right about...last week... We left right after the evening service, which was really fun bc the songs are more upbeat...OKAY...
This blog was random, but then again...I am the QUEEN of random!!! I love you guys and hope your summer break's are treating you the bestest!!!

Trying to Keep Up...
Wow. This is actually a tad bit harder than I thought it would be... I keep wanting to push my updates back and back and back... But then I realize by doing that, it would be years before I updated again. So here's a {pictureless update}. But I will try my best to separate into paragraphs so as not to bore you... =)
This past weekend we went on a one night road trip to Austin. It was exciting. It was hot and humid. Seriously. I think I lost weight, but definetely gained it all back and then some. =) Ryan got his certification and permission to be officially called Ryan Bartholomee CPA. Then we went to eat at Spaghetti Warehouse. I've never eaten there before and that was tons of fun! We ate with Ryan's grandparents and a family friend. It was good conversation and good eating. I didn't have a camera, or else there would be pictures posted here... =( But all in all, it was a nice long road trip getaway from Midland.
In other Bartholomee news... We are planning to go visit my parental units at some point. Possibly the weekend of Father's Day since its the last day of the annual Dumas carnival Dogie Days. (How exciting!... No really, the Lions Club cooks the best food. If nothing else, its well worth it for the food...) IDK, we'll have to just see, but I REALLY WANNA SEE MY PARENTS!!! =*(
Ryan and I were planning a Vegas vacay on our 2 year anniv. but recently wondered if maybe something else like a cruise would be more fun. I have heard Vegas can be lots of fun {minus the casinos, losing money and creepy icky people...} Like the sights and shows and all. * Sigh * Almost like Hollywood...which is another trip we should consider taking so that I can finally get discovered....
Okay, enough paragraphs and pictureless entry! Love you guys!!!

{DRUM ROLL PLEASE}
I UPDATED!!! HOLY COW!!! I think I deserve some sort of prize for this don't I?! Well, this update is for those of you who have been dying to hear somethin out of me for the past year or so since I updated... Pretty much here's a rundown of life... Last year, I was working at a daycare that demanded much time and heartache. February of this year I switched to a different daycare with better hours and better people. I was happy. Then I was offered my * dream* job working for people who know my parents! =) They are wonderful people and its such a fun wonderful job!! God has blessed me richly. I've been working at this new job for the past three weeks. It can be a little demanding, but only when I've got paperwork piled up. My title is an administrative assistant. I do their invoices, make tickets, answer the phone, do deposits, pay bills...etc.etc.... But...I'm getting the hang of things!
Ryan and I are still enjoying life here in the Permain Basin. Tobey's grown up a lot since that very first post of mine... He's...longer... =D Ryan has a swearing in ceremony in Austin for his CPA license this weekend, so we're all going to that! His sister, bro-in-law, and nephews are here! Its great fun. We got to hang out with his family a lot this past weekend. It was good to just be and relax for a few days. Other than this coming weekend, we don't really have any big plans... Except going to Dumas sometime to visit my parentals... I still can't believe how quickly time seems to be flying by! Especially in the sense of my nieces...Gracie turned 7, Brynn is now 2, Eva and Garrett are creeping up on 2...and my two little baby nephew/niece are just...growing. * Sigh * where does the time go??? Well, here are some more recent random pics of me and the Ryster. Enjoy! PEACE.
